I am having some very mixed feelings! Part of me thinks all this closing hospitals closing schools, is people being peranoid(sp) over all this SARS stuff, and than part of me, thinks there is something they aren't telling us! They tell us not to worry, that it isn't widespread and pretty much just involves Toronto, than they close all the Hospitals in Ontario?

When I got to work last night, all the nurses in Emerg, had gowns, goggles, mask and gloves on, I all of a sudden thought "Oh God it's here now" But thought I would have been told if that was the case right? I'm not so sure, so far we have no cases in the hospital were I work or in the city I live in, but I am afraid it's only a matter of time!

And what happens if it does show up in the Hospital? Do I refuse to work? Do I go to work, and take the chance of getting it myself, or worse yet bringing it home to my family?

So many questions, so few answers!

I am really worried about this whole war thing! I just have this strange feeling that something BIG is going to happen!

Lexie was watching part of the coverage with us last night! I could tell by the look on her face that she was pretty worried about the whole thing, I didn't know what to tell her! I didn't want to tell her that none of it would affect us, because that's really not true, but on the other hand she's to young to really get the whole thing, so I didn't know what to tell her!

Everybody around here was really worried about what this war was going to do to the price of gas! But as of the morning our gas prices were lower than the have been in months! So who knows what is going to happen!

Apparently I really suck at this! I guess I haven't had much to say lately!

I had a great weekend last weekend, we went to a B&B from friday night till Sunday afternoon, we went with 2 other couples and we had a really good time, we pretty much went our separate ways during the day but ended up around the dining room table playing games in the evening!

I don't remember the last time I spent that much time with DH, it was nice! I really feel like we reconnected!

The kids are all fine, enjoying the spring like weather we've had since last friday, I hate winter and I love summer, spring I like too, but I could do without all the mud and muck that ends up all over my children!

Work is fine, same old same old pretty much, I'm getting a little tired of nights though! There is a full time days position posted, I am going to apply for it, but I doubt I'll get it, there are alot of people with more hours than me who probably want it! But it doesn't hurt to apply!

I am getting excited about getting into my flower beds, now that I can actually see them again, I have been buying alot of gardening mags. and have a lot of ideas, and I can't wait to put them to use!

Well that's it for now, I am going to try to get here alot more, so we'll see how it goes!

Geez, it's been almost a month since I've been here! I really have to get better at this, I've found that when something is bothering me it really helps to write it down!

I have all my Christmas shopping done and the house is decorated, it would probably look great if it wasn't such a friggin mess! I'm so sick of it! The rest of this family helping to keep it clean lasted maybe a week! I've given up!

It's easier to just do it myself, then to beg, yell scream to get some help! I've been working pretty much full time hours, so I haven't had any time to do anything. I couldn't sleep Sunday, after working Saturday night so I got up and cleaned out the fridge and washed down all the kitchen cupboards, it looks much better! And what was the rest of my family doing while I was doing it? Yep, you guessed it! WATCHING T.V.! I'm sure nobody even felt guilty!

Oh well, there is no point in, dwelling on it or letting it upset me, because I have come to realize that it's never going to change, so I might as well just get used to it!

Well we had our litttle chat, and everybody promised to help keep the house clean! We spent most of the day yesterday cleaning the house top to bottom, so now it's clean, all we have to do is keep it clean!

I got some Christmas shopping done today, and I got Christie's Birthday present. She is getting a discman, and an outfit.

So far for Christmas I have bought everybody socks and underwear, and I got Nick a Beyblade stadium and a couple of beyblades, I'm having trouble deciding what to get Nick, he wants a skateboard and roller blades, but I'm afraid he will be disappointed if he gets stuff that he can't use until spring. I also bought Christie a yahtzee game and p.j's and Lexie a crimping iron, and than I ran out of money! It's too bad to because I was in the mood to shop, if I'd had more money I could have finished! Oh well hopefully I'll be in the mood again on payday!
